Ristorante a conduzione familiare di Manuela e Fosco. Il contesto è piuttosto rustico, i tempi di servizio in linea con il lento scorrere Vetuloniese… Sul retro è presente uno spazio all’aperto nell’ oliveto dove si possono gustare piatti tipici maremmani, in genere fatti in casa: tortelli, tagliatelle, gnocchi, pici, conditi con altrettanti sughi di stampo locale (ragù di cinghiale, norcino, etrusca…). I secondi e i contorni variano anche in base alle stagionalità: cinghiale, coniglio e pollo fritti, verdure pastellate, carciofi fritti, fiori di zucca…

Il y a un ravissant jardin où les enfants peuvent gambader, et tout est fait maison : les pâtes, les ravioli maremmani, les confitures, les gâteaux... Essayez leurs artichauts frits (tempura), ils sont addictifs ! Miam. There is a small garden where kids can play while you eat, and everything is home made : pastas, raviolis, jams, cakes... Try their tempura artichokes, they are addictive... Yummy.
