This is a great dive bar. Their seasonal comfort food (ie- left over thanksgiving) was phenomenal. I've had a couple other food items off the menu--it's definitely bar food but they are one of the few spots open late that isn't pizza.

One of the most iconic and popular spots in downtown Youngstown, The Federal was featured a few years back on the TV show, Bar Rescue and is known for their delicious burgers, and I personally like their Ceasar Salad. They have patio seating and a spacious indoor dining room.
