O tomto ubytování
Our focus is on craft and agriculture. Wine, Sake and Single Fruit or Vegetable Spirits sourced with care from family-owned, small production bodegas from all over the wine producing world. We also are farmers ourselves, producing our own vegetables, fruits, honey, and meat. We cook simple and honest food in our wood-burning hearth and oven. All striving to leave as light of a footprint as possible. Stop by to grab a bottle from our bottle shop, a bite in the dining room, or a glass at the bar. Or come to the farm on Vashon Island for one of our events.
A little pricey, but if you need your wine and nibbles fix, this is a great place to go in Chophouse Row.

“Catch the First Hill Line Street Car on Broadway and take it to the end of the line in Pioneer Square. Copal has small plates of inventive and delicious Mexican dishes. You will want to order them all. Be sure to get the watermelon salad. Its a beautiful space and excellent food and drink (including the non-alcoholic drinks). ”

“My favorite ramen joint in Seattle, and my third favorite in the world. I personally recommend the Miso Rekka ramen with a soft-boiled egg added in.”

“A cruise out to Blake Island on board an Argosy Cruise is a really fun way to get out on the water. The experience is not overly touristy and features a nice range of activities filled with Northwesty goodness – a boat ride on the Puget Sound, a visit to a local island, a meal with salmon and local produce at the helm, and a show that will teach you a bit about the local tribes. After the show, you’ll have a little time to hike on the island or wander the beach.”
