At this place you have to be patient. Everything is cooked on open fire, even fried potatoes. They bake their own bread and the concept is slow-cooking. The road to reach this place is in the Crete mainland with good views.

In Drakona village a traditional Cretan food cooked on wood oven, one of the best food served in Crete. Try to go through Therisso village for a nice inland route through gorge and woods.
