Beautiful beach in Groton State Park

This is a lovely place to swim! In the heat of summer we love visiting this beach. There is a play ground and often children. There is an entrance fee.

About an hour drive but so worth it! Located on late Groton in Groton State Forest. Kick back on the sand or grass, swim and lounge at this stunning lake surrounded by lush green mountains!
