(Oysters) Washington farms the most oysters in the US, so getting this popular food in Seattle is a must. Look for producers Hama Hama Oysters or Taylor Shellfish Farms.

If you're in the South Lake Union area, this is a great waterfront spot. Large patio + interior dining. Space Needle views, kayak rentals at the dock, and PNW focused menu. Reservations recommended during sunny summer days!
