Hillman Beer is a small, family-owned business with locations here in Asheville and also the charming town of Old Fort. They bring the pub style to the brewery experience, with fare sourced from local ingredients. In addition to sampling their great beer selection, be sure to order at least a round of their soft pretzels!

Great place to grab a beer and some food after a hike. Truly delicious beer and food. There is also an Asheville location.
