Holland Park has 2 great playgrounds for kids. There is a sandy one that is best for kids under 5, and a big adventure playground for older kids. Don’t miss the Japanese garden - a beautiful oasis !

Holland Park is the Royal Borough’s largest park. It has the following facilities: 22.5 hectares of gardens children’s play facilities sports areas a cafeteria large areas of woodland abundant with wildlife It is a 15- 20 min walk or a short bus ride away from the bus stop outside the property across the road.(BUS 228) Please exit the bus at the holland park stop. There is an adventure park for children which has recently been refurbished and a cafe. Holland Park also has the beautiful Kyoto Garden. This is the Japanese garden donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991. Address Ilchester Place, W8 6LU Opening times 7.30am until 30 minutes before dusk There is a car park situated in the park with pay and display and toilet facilities in the park.

A short walk away is Holland Park, one of London's historic parks, set in 54 acres of parkland, formal gardens, semi-woodland and playing fields. Don't miss the famous Japanese Garden and its waterfall. The park contains a café, as well as the Belvedere Restaurant that is attached to the orangery, a giant chess set, a cricket pitch, and tennis courts.

A stunning gem with beautifully landscaped gardens, from French/English style to iconic Kyoto Gardens where peacocks lazily stroll totally unfazed by visitors. Bring some nuts for squirrels who can be very cheeky. In Summer there is Opera Holland Park, all year cafe and an amazing fusion French /Italian restaurant Belvedere with great value lunch at just £29 pp. There are also tennis courts but you need to book. Check details on the gate.
