Classic Quebec local neighborhood grease spoon across the street from Sacré-Cœur Hospital. The irony that they are across the street from each other is palpable. These guys know what they’re doing, and their poutine is second to none. Montrealers from all over town make the trek just to come here. So the fact you’re 5 min away by car means you have no excuse not to try.

I ducked in here out of the torrential rain on a bike ride one day and immediately found myself neck deep in majestic heaps of curds and gravy. It was a good experience. Truly hedonistic poutine spot. A bit out of the way, but if you see it, stop in. Don't tell your doctor.
