I love fried chicken and this is one of my top 3 favorite fried chicken places of all time. Taiwanese fried chicken is unlike that of American fried chicken/Korean fried chicken. They batter a large chicken filet and season it with white pepper. It's amazing. There are multiple locations of Hot-Star around Taipei, so do a Google Maps search for the one closest to you.

傳說中「比臉還大」的雞排，就是這裡！每個來這裡點雞排的人，一定會跟超大的雞排一起合照，並用雞排臉擋住（是真的能擋住臉） 豪大大雞排已經火到在好多國家都開分店了，簡直就是為國爭光的感覺啊，哈哈。這裡的是正宗的，不要吃到一些盜版的，那就悲傷了。另外，他這雞排不只是大，還很好吃，不是那種搞「大而無當」的詐騙貨色，非常值得一試，你不會後悔。 PS，因為是現場炸的，點完之後，你可能要等20分鐘以上，be patient... :) #5 mins walk from Simon's house#
