Mavericks is the tried and true beach club for yuppy locals, active military and youngish tourists. If you’re looking to have a “serious” night out this is always a sure thing. By 10pm if Mavericks isn’t packed, safe to assume that nowhere else is either. Stay after happy hour even if it seems quiet because it fills up fast and there will be a long line for entry. At night, it becomes several bars and clubs in one. The outdoor beach club with games is your classic bar experience with a nightclub directly in the back with bar and bottle service. A lounge inside to your left with a more chill atmosphere and music and another nightclub directly above that has more of a dance vibe with alternating hiphop and latin most nights. If you’re venturing out alone this is a great spot as with the heavy presence of active military there is no nonsense here. Young ladies can relax and have a good time and most advances by others are purely friendly and harmless. You can safely accept a cocktail and even dance the night away and you’ll probably part ways with a polite hug or sometimes a high five! For gentleman, guys are super cordial and polite to one another here and you’ll probably make some new friends!

A bar with options and entertainment. The outside area has a bar/lounge and games like giant jenga, cornhole etc. Inside in one room is kareoke and an area to hang out, the big room is for live performances typically djs and/or bands, dancing and good times.
