This is not the cheapest place realy great gastronomic tapas.. it's not into guides yet so not touristy but reservation is mandatory as it kind of small !

Cheap and cheerful tapas with a delicious twist. A reinterpretation of the local cuisine in a very casual setting. Delicious food!
