BAKERY: Lady Hester makes the most beautiful sourdough donuts, filled with luxurious Persian inspired fillings. The dough is created in a very patient manner, over a period of three days, and it's worth it! Creating the most divine flavour and texture. Lady Hester also offers a small variety of cakes using seasonal and Tasmanian ingredients wherever possible, as well as coffee to go. Located in the gorgeous heart of Hobart's historic Battery Point.
