“You would be amiss if you didn't visit Lassen Park while you're in the area! It is a stunning area! So many trails to hike and several lakes that boast that perfectly clear turquoise water!”

“I don’t get up to Northern California more than a couple of times a year, so I have been waiting for about three months to see the ridiculously amazing McArthur-Burney Falls. I had seen tons of pictures and only hoped that when I saw it in real life, it would be as impressive. I couldn’t even believe how much more amazing it was in real life. The pictures are great, but this waterfall has to be seen to be believed.”

“A little bit of a drive out to Shingletown, but very unique dining experience on a vineyard! It has different owners now and we haven't been there since they exchanged hands, but the atmosphere is really unique and the food is magnificent! It's pricey but perfect for a romantic special occasion.”
