This is a must see for those who have never seen the giant Saguaros before. Saguaros are only in this small region and are 200-300 years old. Keep in mind the National Park has an Eastern and Western location. You can spend 5 minutes or 5 hours in the park. Bring your camera!

If you’re new to the Sonoran desert, this National Park is definitely worth the visit. The park is actually split into two areas at different ends of the city. If you’re looking for some quick sightseeing and pictures, the west part is recommended. Here the cacti forest is denser and the park more…

“"The White Dove of the Desert" is a must see. One of my favorite sites to visit in Tucson. Go inside the church, peek into the chapel, walk around and admire the architecture, cute gift shop. Eat Indian Fry Bread prepared by a native from the Tohono O'odham tribe fried on an open air mesquite grill as you order. Climb up to the top of the hill and overlook the city. I've grown up in Tucson and going here is still a treat for me. So close to town and something you don't want to miss.”
