Summer or Winter, the gondola ride to High Camp is well-worth your time. The resaturant on top is usually open for lunch, and early dinner on summer weekends. Hot-tup and pool. 360 degree views of Tahoe Basin.
Free Winter shuttles from lobby doors to squaw village and ski lifts. Shuttle runs daily from 8:15 am to 4:45 pm with a break from 1pm to 2:30 pm. Runs daily from December to mid April
Skiing and other winter activities such as ice skating, sledding, and snowshoeing and also a village with shopping and dining. In summer there is mountain biking and hiking. Indoor and outdoor climbing walls. There is a pool at High Camp. The village is dog friendly.
Famous for hosting the 1960 Winter Olympics, Squaw Valley has maintained it's reputation for high-level terrain for decades.
