One of the Grande sites of the Pyrenees. Make sure you take you wallet, as it is around 30 euros per person. But it is a great day out and the restaurant (dont forget to book) is reasonably priced and you get the view of the entire Pyrenees mountain range at the top.

The highest peak in 'our' bit of the Pyrenees (visible from Barès), there is a cable-car up to the observatory. Well worth the visit.
