[I've not been personally] La Casa del Abuelo on Calle Toledo is just off the Plaza Mayor. So it's slap bang in the centre of Madrid's old town. There's plenty of tourist traps in the area. But this one, I've been recommended (I haven't been myself). So if you're in this area, it's a great for pit stop of "cañas y tapas".
