"Fleur" means "flower" in French, and "Fleur de lis" roughly translates to "flower of the lily". For pizza, this one you have to try. Outstanding pizza, unique crust, I used to drive 3 hours from North Louisiana to get a Fleur pizza on Friday night. It's the truth.
