DENVER River North (RINO to locals) is energetic with graffiti-covered facades and alleyways create a sense of cohesion between the new builds and more run-down structures. There’s something for almost anyone in RiNo, so expect to mingle with a cross-section of Denver’s growing population. RINO was originally an industrial neighborhood within the larger Five Points area, filled with warehouses, factories, and auto repair shops. Artists were drawn to the grittiness and began to set up shop in downtown Denver’s northeast end. In 2005, the River North Art District was born—and the area’s transformation into a creative hub began. Today, RiNo is home to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, bars, galleries, and boutiques.

The River North Art District "where are is made" goes by the nickname "RiNo" -- look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood!

Think Brooklyn, NY but done Denver-style. This old warehouse neighborhood is one of the most vibrant areas of town. Tons of great breweries, hip shopping and tasty restaurant options. Super walkable, so get a lift to the area with your favorite ride share program and start exploring.

This is a fairly new area in Denver that has evolved over the last 15 years. The outside art work is something to see and they have plenty of restaurants and things to do. It seems to be a younger crowd of 20-40, but I have older friends that like to wander there once in awhile for the viewing of the new artwork.
