Start your day here. The trip to South Manitou is a long day trip. Fuel up on carbs and coffee for the journey. Note pack a picnic lunch or get lunch at the Cheese Shanty in Fishtown. Pack a swimsuit and sweatshirt.

Chimoski's has the most amazing pies, doughnuts, cookies, cupcakes, you name it! Probably because this family owns a few of the local orchards so they have baking in their DNA. Come early in the morning and you can have a treat warm out of the oven.
