Blind Faith is a very well established Evanston vegetarian restaurant. They offer a very wide variety of entrees. Meat eaters and vegetarians/vegans alike love their food and incredible desserts.

Fabulous vegetarian restaurant. Excellent service and food! You must try their carrot cake for dessert or bring it home for breakfast next morning:

You simply can't go wrong with anything they have on the menu here! My favorites are the Warm Onion Gruyere Tart and the tacos!
