Very traditional in terms of food and decor but you can’t beat the panoramic views of Portlands unpredictable coast. Right on the tip next to the lighthouse. You can hunker down inside if a storm is happening watching the fierce waves crash in. Or on a sunny day sit outside and explore the lighthouse and climb around the rocks . Make sure to visit the gift shop where you can pick up local gifts. I recommend the Sunday roast and have been there many many times. Make sure to book in advance in you want a roast. Beef, chicken or vegetarian options.

The lobster pot serves great afternoon tea and scones as well as crab sandwiches! Also located right next to portland bill, so perfect for a post walk snack!
