Keep in mind there is only one grocery store on the island, so it's a pricier if you want to stock up on a week's worth of groceries. I recommend stopping here or at the Walmart in Port Isabel on your way in.

Just a drive over the bridge in Port Isabel. It is a huge grocery store that will have everything you need for your stay. They also do delivery to the island for a $5 fee plus tip. You will need to give them a 4-5 hour window for delivery 1679 TX-100, Port Isabel, TX 78578

Located in Port Isabel a must stop for all your groceries before heading to South Padre Island.

They have it all the groceries you'll need. They also have Gas.
