Operated, as far as I can tell, by a salty Polish lady that leaves lit cigarettes perched on the counter while she works the register. I took my mom there. She was disgusted but due to their RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING BEER SELECTION, she fought the good fight and stuck it out while we searched through the Library of Alexandria of Beer to make a selection. Worth it.
