I share the house with my adult son who works daily, and two friendly, small dogs. I'm retired, so I am available to my guests when you need me. We are within a one mile walk to south side Santa Monica beaches and Venice Beach. Markets and restaurants are within a 6-8 block easy walk. I have traveled the world and enjoy all the diversity it has offered.
