A spacious basement level apartment in the hip Kingfield neighborhood of Minneapolis. Recently finished, so everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Location is ideally located, walking distance to lake Harriet, 4 miles from downtown, 7 miles from the Mall of America, and 8 miles the airport. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and one block from the best bakery in the city.

Private Room & Bath near Downtown/MOA/MSP Airport

This small house is in South Minneapolis. It's right off of 35W which leads to Downtown Minneapolis which is only a 5-10min drive. In addition the MSP Airport is only 5-10min drive. The Mall of America is also only a short drive. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for a unique, charming place to stay.

Clean, welcoming private room + guest bath!

My place is close to green space--just four blocks to the gorgeous Victory Memorial Parkway. You’ll love my place because of how accessible highways are to get to all parts of the Twin Cities. I'm a ~10 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. I'm about 25 minutes by car to the MSP airport and Paisley Park. I live in a very residential neighborhood, there aren't coffee shops or grocery options within walking distance. I love hosting, and meeting guests from all walks of life!
