Perfect for travel nurses. Close to interstate.This is a duplex that I’ve been renting to travel nurses for years now. You have a private entrance and a place to park on the pad. It is fully furnished including bedding, towels and kitchen needs. I live downstairs with a separate entrance with my small dog. He very rarely barks. The only thing shared is washer/dryer. I live on a circle which is nice for walking and it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Downtown Charleston is 5 minutes away. One mile to interstate then you’re on your way to Charleston, or any destination. Airport is a short distance away. Many amenities close by like beauty salon, grocery store, restaurant, music store or sewing store. A short Uber ride into town. Great place to enjoy what Charleston has to offer.
