Its a very quiet place . Two old farm dogs outside along with chickens and peacocks and 3 horses down the road. Two nice fishing lakes and a small pound . The home is super clean with all new windows and paint . Huge living room and kitchen . Upstairs is a reading loft and can be used as office space. Looking for quality people to stay there . Its close to St Louis Mo several hospitals and Scott Air Force Base . My wife and I are very laid back and like having people out at the house...

Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV. Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.
