Fogo Gaucho

This is a Brazilian restaurant where they’ve adapted to cook their meat in a very nyama choma fashion—directly over the flame, or on hot coals. It’s a modern, formal place with silver cutlery and beautifully-laid tables. It’s a great setting for groups—they’re packed every night of the week. I like to come with a large party, say, 10 people or more. That way, we can have a private room and the all-you-can-eat offer.
