Sabich is an Iraqi-Israeli street food. A dish consisting of fried eggplant, hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, and tahini—a perfect combination of flavours.

If you don't know what Sabich is - this is a must one. This place is legendary. It has its own rules, the line is long, it is sort of a version of the Soup Nazi - but so is the outcome. Don't miss it!

One of our favorite Sabich - like falafel except w eggplant. Can't really find this outside of Israel. And it's amazing
