A lovely beach to watch the Seals or go for a swim. There are also some lovely (if not challenging) cliff walks too.

A mere 2.5 miles away is Portreath Beach with a lovely cafe/restaurant and excellent Fish & Chips takeaway. This is our nearest beach. Great for families, solo visitors and a great surf beach! Lifeguard service (and loo's) - please check times along with tide times before visiting :)

It's fine sandy beach makes it an ideal place to visit. Ideal for bathing and for watersports because of its often sheltered situation and it offers lifeguard cover

The Atlantic or The Hub both do good food which can be eaten al fresco. The Bassett Arms is a good local Pub. Tidelines good for breakfast.
