Ozone Coffee Roasters

This authentic coffee shop is at street level, but inside there’s a terrace looking down onto their roastery. It’s interesting to see the process, the change in state from green to roasted coffee. And the smell is great—a kind of warm, nutty, tasty aroma you get when you roast coffee. It’s different than when you actually make it, definitely better. There’s a coffee on the menu that’s around £8, made with a V60 filter—worth a try if you’re feeling flush! They also sell their beans.
