You can easily spend the day here. Many shops and restaurants to visit. There is even a music hall. Fun historic town on the river.

One of the historic German settlements of the Hill Country. Great shopping and dining in historic buildings. There are also Western music concerts at Gruene Hall. Check the internet for dates.

Historic little German town, right on the Guadalupe River with plenty of Live Music, the OLDEST dance hall in the country, tons of bars, restaurants, and fun attractions and memorabilia! I recommend making reservations to eat well in advance on weekends and holidays as this little tourist town fills up quickly!
