The Liberty Statue is a monument on the Gellért Hill in Budapest, Hungary. It commemorates those who sacrificed their lives for the independence, freedom, and prosperity of Hungary.

If you want to get the best view from the whole city this is your spot. Well you need to climb the Gellért hill for that but it worth the effort. This is the highest point in the city, which allows you a spectacular view, an advised if you are walking from the bottom of the hill wear appropriate footwear it is a decent hike, but you can find some secret spots and small park areas with benches where you can take a rest if you fill like or just to take a few photos.
