T.W.Wood was a local artist who created reproductions of famous masterworks, plus many original paintings and sketches of his own. He left his extensive art collection to the city of Montpelier and it is housed at the Center for Arts and Learning in downtown Montpelier. They have a classical museum gallery with displays of T.W.Wood permanent collection, plus a Contemporary Gallery and also special exhibits of many kinds. Admission by donation.
