(Craft Beer) Washington is one of the biggest hop-producing states in the country. Seattle has more local breweries than most cities in the US, beat out only by a few cities like Chicago and Denver. It’s also common for someone you meet to be a homebrewer.

Ballard's only entirely 21+ brewery offers something different with a taste of mostly Czech and European-style beers, but not without an American IPA for good measure. Thursdays are Vinyl Night where you can listen to a mix of vinyl records brought in by other customers or you should you have a collection :)

Tastes like traditional beer. Very British-y, European-y beers. Which is a bold move in this neighborhood. It's like an old fashioned oasis right in the middle of Flavor Country.
