Join hundreds of locals every Saturday at 8:00am for the fun, free 5km Parkrun. Enjoy a stroll at sunset, improve your fitness on the outdoor gym or get an early run in before work. Park across the road at the Virgin Active. The lake tends to get very full from 11am onwards - so be sure to go early to avoid the crowds.
