1 word; CROISSANT !! Hand's down the best croissant in Montreal :) Fred also happens to be from France so he knows what he's doing. I used to live around the corner from his shop and although it's now a 20 minute walk away, I still go only I usually grab a BIXI (rent-a-bike) to get there. They bake everything they serve right on site the smell in there is to die for :)
