Recently opened and runs drop-in classes during the day and evening ranging from Yoga, meditation, music appreciation. For visitors there is usually something happening on a Friday or Saturday night from Soul and Funk nights, Jazz nights, quartets and other classical music. Look on their website or Facebook page to find out what might be happening when you visit Overstrand. They have a lovely cafe which provides drinks and cakes during the day and a licensed bar at night where you can look at the latest art exhibition.
