As a townhouse in the Waterville Estates we have 4 guest passes for the nearby Community Center. The Community Center has 2 Indoor Heated Pools, 2 Outdoor Pools (Heated), 2 Outdoor Spas, and Locker Rooms with Saunas. It also has places for Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Tanning. There is a Pond with Sandy Beach which is an Ice Skating Pond in the winter and a Floating Dock and Paddle Boats and fishing is permitted. There are Picnic Grounds, a Playground, a Game Room and a Fitness Room.
