Whether you're a runner or not you should do the prak run even just to enjoy the views. 8am every Saturday 2 Cussonia Street. Free entry for the park runners after 8am you pay to enter the gardens.

We usually run for our own enjoyment. Please let us know if you would like to come along and join in . Saturday at 8:00. Register before your first run (www.parkrun.co.za) . Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode for a finishing time and free entry to the Botanical Gardens.
