When you want to sip wine on a shaded patio... A romantic outdoor bar and patio separate the 1920s cottage and 1903 adobe brick house that make up this must-see restaurant. House of Tricks feels far from the bustle of Mill Avenue and the ASU campus. Enjoy the scrumptious New American fare, like Harissa-spiced mussels, perfectly seared foie gras, juicy coffee-cardamom-crusted duck, and fork-tender braised osso bucco. The quiche of the day is my favorite lunch item. Even if you're just go for wine and appetizers on the front patio, this place is perfect for an intimate date or a luxurious, laid back feast.

Located in a historic part of downtown Tempe, this is one of the most romantic and special locations you could ask for. The outdoor patio is a dream!
