The Minack Theatre is a simply unique experience that can't be missed if you're one for the theatrics! The Minack is set atop the cliffs of Porthcurno and is an open air Theatre, it's so much fun and it's bring your own food and drink so its a great opportunity for a picnic. It's also next to the most beautiful beach in the UK - Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches.

The Minack Theatre with its cliff top position is a great experience. You can book tickets to the museum and theatre and to see shows on their website www.minack.com. We once saw basking sharks circling in the sea during the performance and sometimes the sunset upstages the performers. It is a remarkable place built virtually single handedly by Rowena Cade.

This is one of my favourite places to visit. Catch a show or just go for a wander. Breath taking views and over looks my absolute number one beach Porth Curnow. A half hour (ish) drive from St.Ives down some of the best coastal roads Cornwall has to offer.
