Caffe Florian is just at the top of my street (1 min drive or 10 min uphill walk) where you can get a bowl of granola (or porridge) and 100% Kona Coffee with a spectacular view, all for under $10. B'fast & lunch only on weekdays, closes at 3pm.

Rita is an amazing baker from Italy, and the coffee is strong and delicious! Great atmosphere, very clean, great music.

With breakfast, salads, panninis, pastries & desserts, this cafe is a good place to grab and go ... or sit and enjoy coffee and lunch on their lanai.
