The Gondola is the best view of the lake. It has great skiing too. Hiking in the summer.

Nice outdoor mall, movie theatre, etc. Good for walking around, night life, as well as shopping.

Heavenly Gondola starts here. PRO: non-skiers can join you at top of mountain. CON: Paid parking. Gondola fee for non-skier is not cheap.
