The farm was established by Attillio and Mary Bisognin in 1966. Son Glen now looks after the family dairy farm with partner Kaye Courtney, and grandson Luke milking a herd of 180 Holstein Cows. The Cheese making began as a hobby for Kaye and has now flourished into a thriving business. Bassine Specialty Cheeses is a small cheese making factory built to exacting specifications on our 235ac farm.

Delicious cheeses! Worth your time to drop in and see if there is anything that takes your fancy.... I'm sure the kids will enjoy an ice cream while you're there!
