There's some murals here, a cafe and a plaza. They sporadically have events going on. Attached to it is also the police station and a plaza for rodeo events.

Un lugar histórico de Playas. Se presentan conciertos, exposiciones y más. Algunos fines de semana en su explanada puedes encontrar una feria orgánica. También cuenta con un café literario/bar.
