The park along the riverside is a great place to go for a walk along the Mondego River. The park has many different areas, one has restaurants and a park for kids (north side). On the south side, you have "Exploratório", a museum and a place for activities related to science for kids but also the municipal swimming pool and the many nautic activities promoted by Associação Académica.
