Vibrant gay watering hole serving up casual eats & classic cocktails along with DJ & drag shows. The name IBTs stands for "It's 'Bout Time." It came from the original owners to mean, "It's about time to have a club where everyone is welcome."

IBT's enjoys a reputation for friendliness and good food. Fourth Avenue/Congress Street in general are especially inclusive and LGBTQ people as well as Black and Brown people, straight or otherwise, can feel comfortable.
